If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review our return and exchanges policies below. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at our website with a valid purchase transaction receipt.

Returns

Your purchases can be easily returned for a valid return shipping fee (with no handling fees) if you use our return shipping services. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error. Upon receipt of the return we will inspect the item. If all is on order, then we will refund your purchase price for the product. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Exchanges

We also offer exchanges should you find your purchase are not up to par. We can entertain size exchanges but it is dependent on the availability of stocks. Should there be no more sizes of the same color, we might offer you a different color instead.

For all exchanges, additional postage costs to return previously purchased product and receive a new one in return are to be borne by the buyer. Please note all exchanges will deliberated on a case by case basis.

Return Procedures

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. Here are the steps to return your item:

• Contact us first to arrange return or exchanges
• Package your return item in the original packaging. Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
• Print the return label and mail your return via our preferred courier service
• You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
